URSA Lighting is an LED manufacturer and engineering firm based in the Silicon Valley. What began as a specialized R&D team has evolved into full solutions provider for lighting, controls, IoT and turnkey manufacturing. Utilizing patented 3-Pad chip architecture to maximize thermal performance, URSA’s luminaires are among the most powerful in the world. This revolutionary technology applies directly to the cannabis industry, as high output lighting solutions are required to maximize the quality and yield of Cannabis production. While many LED luminaires focus on energy savings, URSA focuses on power, intensity and spectral performance to meet the needs of commercial cannabis growers. Their newest horticultural lighting fixture, the Optilux, was designed specifically to face the challenges of cannabis production. Featuring URSA’s proprietary COB light engines in a stunning enclosure, the Optilux embodies URSA’s core values of Design, Innovation and Power.

Lighting is our passion, and we are excited to share our knowledge and insights on how light affects cannabis growth through intensity, spectrum and timing. We will also go over the state of the current LED market as well as look ahead towards future technologies including how IoT will shape the industry and benefit growers worldwide.

CannaCon is dedicated to creating and strengthening lifelong partnerships within the emerging cannabis industry. It is there mission to provide a global venue for Cannabis Businesses, entrepreneurs, Investors, and community partners to showcase industry products, people, and innovations; to cultivate business values within the cannabis industry through education and responsible community involvement.
